Terms of Use

The site

These terms apply to the public website, the Signal Score assessment, and forms that create a lead or booking request. They do not replace a signed services agreement. If we work together, that agreement governs the engagement.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to:

• Submit false identities or automated spam
• Probe, scrape, or overload the service beyond normal browsing
• Attempt to access reports, data, or admin surfaces that are not yours

Signal Score

The Signal Score is a diagnostic based on the answers you provide. It is not an audit of your books, a guarantee of revenue, or professional advice. Impact estimates, when shown, state their assumptions. We do not invent financial projections.

No public results until they are real

Case studies, testimonials and performance figures appear on this site only when they are measured and the client has approved publication. Illustrative numbers in design mockups are not claims.

Intellectual property

The SIGNAL Stack, Signal Score, and the content, design and software on this site belong to BC Signal or its licensors. You may not copy the assessment, report, or brand for a competing product.

Limitation

The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, BC Signal is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the public site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Courts in British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer-protection rules require otherwise.
